Libs Who Were Angered by Ted Cruz's Appearance on ESPN GameDay Could REALLY Lose It THIS Week

Ted Cruz's interview almost two weeks ago on ESPN's College Gameday made a lot of people on the Left (who may or may not even watch Gameday) angry for a few reasons.

ESPN is under fire for its nine-minute interview with Ted Cruz on College GameDay to discuss the Protect College Sports Act.

No opponents of the Protect College Sports Act have been interviewed on GameDay or any major ESPN programs so far this season.

After that interview, I heard a lot of "Talarico can't go on ABC with Kimmel but ESPN can interview Ted Cruz with no opposing viewpoint" complaints from some who apparently have no clue how the equal time rule works and what kind of outlets it applies to. Naturally "journalist" Jim Acosta was among them so I tried to help him:

The FCC's equal time rule only applies if the politician is on the ballot within 60 days of an election, and it only applies to broadcast television and radio outlets, not cable. Yet he still calls himself a "journalist." https://t.co/yMIrOpbCfg

ESPN's "College GameDay" is set to be held live from Knoxville, Tennessee on Saturday morning. The college football pregame show will be airing live from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. E.T.
The college football pregame show will have a guest picker – and some college football fans are pushing for President Trump to be the man. Morgan Freeman was the celebrity guest picker last weekend, at Ole Miss.
"If you thought College GameDay was controversial before, wait until they name Trump the guest picker for Saturday," one fan wrote.
