Media Moving Forward With Sick Effort to Smear Lone Holdout Juror in Lindsay Clancy Trial

Earlier today we learned more about the lone holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy trial. According to one juror he's a black male in his 30s, and he refused to find Clancy not guilty by reason of insanity. The other 11 jurors were troubled by the fact that he wouldn't agree with them and find Clancy not guilty.

We were wondering if that added uncomfortable wrinkle in the story would cause the media to back off a bit on trying to smear the holdout, but we now have our answer:

The "allegations" and reports of unpaid rent are in the story, and we're assuming that the media performed no background checks on any of the other jurors. Did the juror murder his three children with exercise bands? No, but the fact that he didn't think it warranted a "not guilty" verdict is apparently the real problem, according to NBC Boston.

The juror’s domestic violence charges from 2021 were dismissed after his ex-wife “did not want to testify in the case because she was worried about losing custody of her daughter.”
Just like Lindsay Clancy, all persons are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Here's a great rhetorical question:

A man objected to allowing a woman to kill her three young kids and get away with it, so NBC is trying to smear that juror, whose identity should be protected. Another low for legacy media.

It's legitimately disgusting. One out of 12 jurors thought a woman who strangled her three children to death should be found guilty, and the media will try and make him the villain of the story. It's really nauseating.
