Now that some of the jurors from the Lindsay Clancy trial are doing interviews, it's becoming clear what kind of living hell it must have been for the "lone juror" in the deliberation room for several days.
I could only imagine:

Even the defense wasn't contesting the fact that Lindsay Clancy murdered her children, but apparently at least one juror was. Also there was at least one juror who took it upon him or herself to serve as an expert witness for the defense in the jury room.

Yeah, this was a travesty.
The quote from a juror that struck me the most in a "what the hell is wrong with you" kind of way was this one:

The more we learn about what the holdout had to deal with the more empathy and respect that person deserves.
