I've seen many Illinois Democrats playing the blame game ever since it became clear that the Chicago Bears' ownership was considering moving the team to Indiana, but this one's a doozy. Gov. JB Pritzker has taken a lot of cakes before, but this one might be the biggest.
It started with this statement from the Bears' management earlier this month:

When it comes to who Illinois Democrats like Pritzker would end up blaming, I did NOT see this one coming.
Greg Abbott?
Yep. That's what we're supposed to believe:

Abbott sent illegals to Illinois because Pritzker had proudly declared his state and the city of Chicago to be a welcoming sanctuary for them. Now that's part of the reason the Bears are leaving the state?
Everyone knows the Texas governor is in charge of the Chicago Bears. https://t.co/4M5vrcHHam

Being the governor of Illinois when the Chicago Bears fled to another state while trying to blame the Texas governor is going to look great on his political resume when Pritzker runs for the Dem nomination in 2028.
Hasn’t he blamed President Trump? https://t.co/i6pDRvN6QA

If Pritzker hasn't already done that, he will very soon.
