The Democrats are claiming that it isn't true that they're budget proposal seeks to provide free health care to illegal aliens. Many in the media are of course doing their predictable "fact checks" in favor of the Dems, but Vice President JD Vance shredded the Left's denials earlier today:

Claims that the Democrats seek to prioritize illegals over citizens are the most believable things ever, because we all know what we've witnessed over the last several years.
Meanwhile, Chuck Schumer is shifting into spin overdrive in an attempt to put the blame for the shutdown on Republicans:
