Former President Barack Obama is the media's go-to politician for calm, rational and intelligent analyses of what's going on in the country and world along with what should be done about it. I'll start with Russia policy, which Obama recently discussed on CNN:

Obama wants everybody to remember his administration as having been hard on Putin, but do you remember the "reset button"? This was something else:
That was then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in 2009 presenting a "reset button" to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. But yeah, Obama wants us to think his administration was super tough on Putin. And don't forget all that was being done while the Democrats were mocking Mitt Romney for saying Russia remained America's number one geopolitical foe. Good times:

Examples of Obama's self-unawareness and hypocrisy are plentiful.
Let's switch to climate change, which Obama says is such a dire issue that the U.S. should basically look the other way at slavery in China in order to work with the CCP on the Left's "green" shams that only enrich their cronies.
Obama said the following this week:
Obama: “I dealt with China to get the Paris Accords done. I dealt with Modi to get the Paris Accords done because I think climate change is something that transcends any particular momentary issues…. I think it is important for the President United States to say that if you have Uyghurs, in China, who are being placed in mass camps, and re-educated, quote, unquote. That’s a problem, that’s a challenge to all of us. And we have to pay attention to it.”
Translation: Forwarding our climate sham takes precedent over human rights and anything else for that matter.
Just like all other rich eco-hypocrites, the "climate emergency" caused by the burning of fossil fuels hasn't yet become bad enough for Obama to stop using private planes:

As for his media status as a foreign policy "guru," reality tells a much different story.
