Earlier today the Ottawa police warned the media to stay away from the area where Freedom Convoy protesters are gathered and that failure to do so could make them subject to arrest. However, there still seems to be plenty of video from the scene as police move in to arrest any protesters who refuse to leave:

DEMONSTRATORS: You must leave. You must cease further unlawful activity and immediately remove your vehicle and/or property from all unlawful protest sites. Anyone within the unlawful protest site may be arrested. pic.twitter.com/88aO0R5jSU

What you are seeing are Public Order Units in a line formation. Protestors are continuously being told to leave, or they face arrest.
You will see the line slowly moving forward to give people who want to leave the opportunity to do so.

The Ottawa police is now led by an interim chief.
Now you know why they got rid of the Ottawa police chief this week
He wouldn't give the order
