Biden says governor who in 2019 had 'lost all moral authority and should resign' is now doing 'a hell of a job'

President Biden took the stage with Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam today… after a bit of a delay:

Presumably the president had no intention of revisiting his previous criticism of Northam:

When a photo surfaced of Virginia Democrat Gov. Ralph Northam in blackface or a KKK outfit, Joe Biden called for him to “resign immediately.”

He called Northam racist.

Biden had harsh criticism for Northam at the time:
