A retweet from White House chief of staff Ronald Klain after the April jobs report was released speaks volumes about the mindset of the Democrats in the White House:

We already know that the White House and Nancy Pelosi see the jobs report as a reason to double down on spending (what could possibly go wrong?).
President Klain seems to be blaming a shockingly low jobs report on the fact that the spending relief bill was not big enough https://t.co/tqbWrsIL1E

That's the Joe Biden of 50 years in Washington! If something isn't working just do more of it! https://t.co/Oc41vAGHqt

There’s that definition of insanity again!
if we paid people more money to stay home they would have gone out to get jobs?

It's a very common excuse for failed Democrat policies. "We just didn't spend enough money…."

Biden’s Chief of Staff using the abysmal job’s numbers report that just came out to defend their plan to spend trillions and trillions of dollars. What a disaster https://t.co/XbeTRHiLES
