A few days ago, HHS Secretary Dr. Ben Carson had some harsh comments about Rep. Maxine Waters:

The California Democrat obviously didn’t take well to that, and tried to question the intelligence of the former neurosurgeon during an appearance with Joy Reid on MSNBC:
Did Maxine Waters just question the Intelligence of former neurosurgeon Dr. Ben Carson?

That appears to be what Waters did. And people had some thoughts about it too:
That’s Dr. Carson, but he is too civil to correct you. Maxine is mad

He is literally one of the most talented neurosurgeons on the face of the planet and you can barely form a sentence, @RepMaxineWaters.

You might recall that last year Waters called for Trump staffers and cabinet officials to be harassed if spotted in public.
