Rob Reiner had all his anti-Trump hopes pinned on Robert Mueller, and since he’s moved to putting his faith in Jerrold Nadler and Adam Schiff. However, as it becomes apparent that Trump will not be impeached, Reiner’s moving on to the next talking point, which is to accuse anybody who plans on voting for Trump next year of being racist — every last one of them:

Hey, the “deplorable” approach worked out so well for Hillary Clinton in 2016, maybe Reiner thinks it’s worth keeping the theme going.

"2016 was a disaster! What are we going to do different this time?"
"Call them racist even harder."
"Nailed it!"
