There are dueling rallies in Washington, DC today with what’s billed as a “free speech” event on one side, and Antifa protesters on the other. The Washington Examiner’s Julio Rosas is there:

Of particular interest is this list of rules for what the media can and can’t cover if they want to get inside the Antifa rally, which is in a public space:
These are the rules for members of the press in order to go inside the #AllOutDC rally, which is the antifa side.
One that suck out: "Please avoid publishing any potentially incriminating photos or video footage…" pic.twitter.com/Kn4piXC1sz

It’s pretty ironic, considering they like to call themselves “anti-fascist.”

Will the rest of the mainstream media remind Antifa activists that it’s a public space?
Look, private citizens, you don't get to repeal or edit the First Amendment in public spaces. Even if you really, really want to. https://t.co/aL6cfKgh35

Don't these rules violate the First Amendment? https://t.co/22C0W70h6S

"Be prepared to maintain your journalistic integrity…oh and also don't publish anything we don't like, especially if it shows one of us committing a crime."#AllOutDC sounds like it's organized by super intelligent people. https://t.co/bH1US3Noqp

This is an important thread. Antifa is a cover for terrorism and harassment, plain and simple. https://t.co/TPqRWWCyRj

'Press are not allowed to expose our criminal activity' is one hell of a rule that Antifa has https://t.co/lQLy1Zg0lI

Wonderful! Will the press demand that this is a violation of their constitutional rights, or just go along because they want to see antifa attack some outnumbered conservatives? https://t.co/oTK5lT7eCN
