There are tens of thousands of homeless people in and around the city of Los Angeles, which includes Rep. Maxine Waters’ district. However, when it comes to a big problem locally, Waters is turning to Trump when it comes to assigning blame:
Homeless families sleeping on the streets; children sleeping in cars, trying to go to school ea. day; and seniors, 70 & 80 yrs old eating out of trash cans. Yes Trump, this is a disgrace. It's shameful for the most prosperous country in the world to tolerate this! Support HR 1856 pic.twitter.com/9EJpmJKMYU

It’s Trump’s fault?
Why aren't you yelling at @ericgarcetti

You can always count on liberals like Waters to blame Republicans for problems in cities that have been run by Democrats.
They're in YOUR district! You clean it! You said you would!

It's YOUR district, @RepMaxineWaters ! You and @SpeakerPelosi are completely responsible for YOUR districts!
