Nancy Pelosi claims Dems have never said there is not a crisis at the border (ROLL TAPE!)

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has addressed a question about Trump saying America has a border crisis this way:

Here’s what Pelosi said this week:

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi suggested that Democrats have “never not” called the situation at the U.S.-Mexico border a crisis, despite them repeatedly denying there was a crisis earlier this year.

“Well, let me just say this. We have never not said that there was a crisis — there is a humanitarian crisis at the border, and some of it provoked by the actions taken by the administration,” Pelosi, a California Democratic representative, said Thursday during her weekly press conference.

It depends on what your definition of “never” is:
