PANIC time? Eric Holder on edge about 'stakes' of Census citizenship question before SCOTUS (we don't doubt it!)

The Supreme Court has heard arguments about the inclusion of a citizenship question on the next U.S. Census:

While the Court’s decision is pending, former AG Eric Holder seems to recognize the gravity of the situation (for Democrats anyway):

Is it as big of a deal as a U.S. Attorney General getting found in contempt of Congress? Probably much bigger as far as Holder’s concerned.

How can Census "process" be accurate and fair withOUT the citizenship question?
