Hillary 'nobody's attacking the 2nd Amendment' Clinton admires New Zealand PM's efforts to disarm citizens

During a Republican debate early in 2016, Hillary Clinton fired back at accusations that she wasn’t a fan of the 2nd Amendment:

Fast forward to this week, and Clinton’s applauding the New Zealand PM’s call for widespread gun bans and “mandatory buybacks” for weapons:
