'Legacy!' Outgoing Sen. Jeff Flake basks in Resistance applause for blocking Trump judicial nominees (to 'protect Mueller')

Until the Senate formally passes a measure to “protect Mueller,” Sen. Jeff Flake has said he won’t vote to forward any Trump judicial nominees out of the Judiciary Committee, and so far that’s exactly what’s happening:

Senate Judiciary Cmte against cancels scheduled mtg where mbrs vote judicial nominees out of cmte. Cmte is 11-10 GOP. Flake says he won't advance judicial nominees until he gets a vote on his bill to protect Mueller. This is the 2nd wk the cmte has canceled such a session
