Dem senators threaten to sue so they can see Judge Kavanaugh's 'full records' before voting 'no' anyway

Democrat Sens. Chuck Schumer and Dick Blumenthal are still posturing ahead of the start of the confirmation hearings early next month for Judge Kavanaugh, and are prepared to sue the National Archives if need be:

Naturally if those Dems do file suit they’d hope to keep everything tied up in court until, oh, mid-January of next year or so.
