According to Newsweek’s attribution, that photo is from 2006, apparently so the point could be made that the “new normal” has been going on for quite a while. Newsweek also confessed that many of the fires are suspected to have been started by arsonists, but climate change exacerbated them so just shut up and blame global warming, deniers!
