President Trump’s set to name his Supreme Court nominee later this evening, and CNN’s Jim Acosta has confirmed something:
Trump SCOTUS team has looked at Kavanaugh's past comments on indicting a sitting president, we've confirmed. In 2009, Kavanaugh wrote: "The indictment and trial of a sitting President, moreover, would cripple the federal government…" https://t.co/rDHJs5RiUY

Trump’s people are actually looking into what potential nominees have done, said and written?
Other presidents have never done that with judicial nominees. *Eye roll*
That's it….feed the conspiracy theory narrative.

I see you're already attempting to de-legitimize the SCOTUS pick.
Classy move.

Acosta’s confirmation has given The Resistance a reason to already demand a recusal, all before we even know who he’s picking.
PROOF that any pick Trump makes must RECUSE themselves from any future cases on Trump-Russia, as we now know that this issue was one of the BASES for the Justice's selection. This is a much bigger deal than many will realize—it's a suspected criminal trying to pick his own judge. https://t.co/iNDBMHB28m
