As you now know, Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy has announced his retirement, and soon President Trump will be nominating his possible successor. One former Democrat senator is getting some sarcastic applause today from Katie Pavlich for helping lead the way in making it easier to get a nominee through the Senate on a simple majority vote.
