As we told you earlier today, President Trump has commuted the life sentence of Alice Johnson. Trump had previously met with Kim Kardashian, who was encouraging the president to commute the sentence. Well, Rep. Ted Lieu, of the political party of Obama, is a bit troubled by how that all came about:
Whether or not a person is pardoned "shouldn't be based on which celebrities have access to the President," says Rep. Ted Lieu as Trump commutes Alice Johnson's sentence after Kim Kardashian visit https://t.co/cqxSLl6oTT https://t.co/A0BVydXJI5

Coming from an Obama supporter, that “concern” about celebs bending the president’s ear is some kind of hilarious!
Fortunately, House Clown Ted Lieu's opinion will never be a consideration of a presidential decision.
Be grateful for that one. https://t.co/NfSifjPZ5U

Only Dems turn positive things into something negative. Maybe if @realDonaldTrump visited all +300M Americans to hear who should be pardoned they would be happy. https://t.co/KYFx76vp71

Imagine the Democrat praise that would be being heaped upon Obama if he commuted this sentence when he was president.
