Former Obama Car Czar confirms 'loyal friend' Harvey Weinstein never sexually harassed him

There have been many allegations made against Harvey Weinstein, but Wall Street financier and former Obama administration Car Czar Steve Rattner made it clear on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” that he is not among the Hollywood mogul’s accusers:
