Hurricane Harvey has made landfall in Texas and at the moment remains a category one storm that continues to dump a lot of rain, with flooding becoming a major problem in many areas.
Covering the storm as it approached the Texas coast, Fox News reporter Casey Stegall received an unexpected gift:
