Senate Dems might be making a lot of noise (and looong speeches) in opposition to the nomination of Neil Gorsuch for the Supreme Court, but ultimately Republicans might use the “nuclear option” for confirmation. Sen. Rand Paul has an important reminder about why that could happen:
