The Washington Post has already published their fair share of panic pieces about President Trump’s budget proposals, a trend that will continue for the foreseeable future. After eight years of Obama, the media can blow the dust off their calculators again and get back to work in attempting to show what horrors lurk around every corner in a $1.1 trillion budget proposal in comparison to other spending courtesy of the WaPo’s “data reporter”:
Can't wait for the inevitable argument that cutting Meals on Wheels actually gives seniors more eating choices

For the cost to taxpayers of one weekend golf trip to Mar-a-Lago (approx. 3,300,000), Trump could provide Meals on Wheels to 461,538 seniors

After this weekend (5 Mar-a-Lago trips), Trump will have spent equivalent of 2.3 million meals for needy seniors on golf trips to Florida

Because everybody knows that when a president does not travel the needy are sent extra meals, or something.
The MSM didn’t seem eager to play that math conversion game in the last few years for some reason.
