WATCH: Guess what politician Obamacare architect blames for law's implosion (hint: NOT a Dem)

As we often point out, the Affordable Care Act was rammed through Congress without the support of a single Republican before being signed into law by President Obama. But that didn’t stop Ezekiel Emanuel, known as one of the primary “architects” of the law, from singling out a Republican for blame:
