As we told you earlier, President Obama was joined by actor Leonardo DiCaprio at a White House event where Obama called out Congress for just wearing flag pins but failing to address climate change.
After Obama, it was DiCaprio’s turn, and he suggested a litmus test for everybody seeking public office:
