'Really?' Wall Street accusation launches search for Alan Grayson's self-awareness

Embattled Rep. Alan Grayson tried to offer a bit of trivia about Wall Street:

Wall Street is the only place in the world where you can steal from taxpayers, and then bill them for services rendered.

The morality lecture is bad enough coming from somebody who’s under a House Ethics Committee investigation for his Cayman Islands hedge fund dealings, but Grayson’s allegation about stealing from taxpayers has an added level of hilarity for another reason:
