John Kerry explains why criticism of Obama's baseball & tango optics is unjustified

The optics of President Obama attending a baseball game in Cuba with Raul Castro and later doing the Tango in Argentina were criticized by many as the kind of message that shouldn’t have been sent after the Brussels attacks.
