Comedian Garry Shandling passed away yesterday at the age of 66. SNL alum and fellow comedian Norm Macdonald shared some memories of Shandling on Twitter and also recalled his favorite joke:
My favorite Garry joke: "I'm dating Miss Georgia. All right, it's the former Miss Georgia. OK, it's George Foreman." #RIPGarryShandling

A timeless classic!
@normmacdonald That'd be a fascinating joke to try to reverse engineer. Like, where did he start conceptually, with Foreman or Miss Georgia?

@harryhew Funny, Harry, I asked him the identical question. it was so mysterious. H didn't answer.

@normmacdonald You think he didn't know? Leonard Cohen once said, "If I knew where the good songs came from, I'd go there more often."
