Another optics fail? Obama's NSC was attentive while the president was in Cuba

President Obama has been criticized for going to a baseball game in Cuba and doing the tango in Argentina while Americans are still missing after terrorist attacks in Brussels left at least 31 dead and nearly 300 injured.

Obama’s National Security Council took notice and alleviated any concerns:
