'Thank you, Capt. Obvious'! In John Kerry's judgment, ISIS is genocidal

As we told you earlier today, the State Department was planning to formally declare ISIS (formerly known as “contained” and the “JV team”) to be a genocidal terrorist organization.

John Kerry has made it official on Twitter:

It is my judgment that #Daesh is responsible for genocide against groups in areas it controls, including Yazidis, Christians, Shia.
