Democrats have been critical of Republicans who support waiting until the next president is elected before approving a replacement for Antonin Scalia on the Supreme Court. Some Dems, such as Sen. Chuck Schumer, have been exposed as hypocritical on the issue. As a senator, Barack Obama supported filibustering the nomination of Samuel Alito, but according to the White House, Obama now wishes he hadn’t done that:
