'Glad he stepped up': Bill Gates wants U.S. to take in more refugees (and here's where they could stay)

At the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, Bill Gates said the US needs to do more for the refugees that President Obama has tried (and failed) to categorize as widows and orphans:
