During his fact-challenged speech Tuesday announcing a series of executive actions being taken on guns, President Obama attempted to alleviate concerns about violations of 2nd Amendment rights by reminding Americans “I taught constitutional law.” Obama likely will make the same argument at tonight’s town hall on guns.
About that:
@OANN @POTUS Says he taught Constitutional Law. He has been reversed at the Supreme Court more than he has been upheld. #Obama #guncontrol

#Hannity @KirstenPowers How many times has @SCOTUS overturned Obama's actions. They are not all legal

It doesn’t appear that SCOTUS has in the past always been very swayed by the fact the president “taught constitutional law.”
Obama: I taught Constitutional law. Syllabus, please.

Obama didn't teach Constitutional law. He taught how the Constitution should have been written.
