A high-level Bernie Sanders campaign staffer has been fired after being accused of breaching Clinton campaign data:
Bernie Sanders was having one of the best days of his presidential campaign Thursday as he racked up two key endorsements and announced that he’d passed a major fundraising milestone.
But all of that quickly changed late in the day as his campaign confirmed that it had fired a staffer for improperly accessing proprietary data from Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee cut off the campaign’s access to its voter database.
Some things, unlike wealth, are not to be shared.

The fired Sanders campaign staffer is digital director Josh Uretsky. Not a low-level staffer breaching Clinton data. https://t.co/SS6jyn6eHp

The fired Sanders staffer in question has denied the accusation:
First on CNN: Josh Uretsky, the fired Sanders staffer, denies that he was peeking on Clinton voter data. My story: https://t.co/QYTQrM5UTT

Sanders' campaign informed the DNC of another data breach in Oct, per the fired staffer. "They thanked us," he says. https://t.co/mXIecFdGTi

If the only problem was with @ngpvan, the Sanders campaign wouldn't have had to fire a staffer https://t.co/0EEPOvd8Fh

At some point maybe they’ll all just agree to blame it on climate change.
