Obama wants Congress to 'get out of the way' on Gitmo closure (and he WON'T like Sen. Tim Scott's reply)

President Obama would really like to empty out and close Gitmo before the end of his second term but has so far been frustrated in his effort by a roadblock he doesn’t like:
