'Peak Obama doctrine': Admin's 'new buddy' Cuba reportedly in Syria helping Putin, Assad

A few years ago, Hillary Clinton was overseas offering a reset button to the Russians, and this summer the White House was trumpeting their “historic” reestablishment of diplomatic relations with Cuba and reopening an embassy in Havana (where John Kerry felt “very much at home”).
