'How rich’: Katie Pavlich helps Hillary Clinton connect the dots on Baltimore

At Columbia University today, Hillary Clinton commented about the situation in Baltimore by saying this:

As if that hilarious demonstration of a lack of self-awareness wasn’t enough to disqualify her from the presidency, Hillary also talked about the economic situation in Baltimore:

Hillary’s “solutions” will include more of what contributed to the problem, so she can’t mention that.
