As we posted earlier, CNN, citing a “senior defense official,” reported that Bowe Bergdahl had walked away from his unit in Afghanistan to go to another U.S. outpost to report wrongdoing (a claim which those who served with Bergdahl debunked last year):

Iowahawk profiles the “senior defense official”:
"Senior defense official" = sleazy West Wing choad happy to smear every soldier in the platoon except Bergdahl https://t.co/0viwBUXS2T

Sounds more like CNN’s quoting somebody from Bergdahl’s defense.
@iowahawkblog Will later discover "problems with order and discipline" = guys in Bergdahl's unit got openly tired of Bergdahl.

@iowahawkblog Look, the guy was trying to shape up those losers at his base! He only went to the Taliban to get tips on soldiering!
