'Perpetual hypocrisy’: Breach of WH 'policy' spotted in John Kerry's Nigeria meetings

The White House claims John Boehner breached protocol by asking Benjamin Netanyahu to address a joint session of Congress. The White House also said Obama will not meet with Netanyahu when he’s in the country, citing the president’s “policy” of not meeting with foreign leaders up for election.

As we reported last night, John Kerry was in Nigeria and met with the country’s presidential candidates ahead of the February 14 election.

Obama’s “policy” of not meeting with foreign leaders ahead of their elections must not extend to his high level staff:

Perhaps the “policy” would have only been violated if Kerry had met with Netanyahu.
