Attorney General Eric Holder has responded to the ISIS beheading of American journalist James Foley by opening a Justice Department criminal investigation into the killing.
Yesterday, John Kerry vowed that ISIS “will be crushed,” but conservative talk host Tammy Bruce doesn’t see evidence of a plan to do that:
