Even though the investigation is ongoing, Michael Eric Dyson seems to know the precise circumstances surrounding the shooting of Michael Brown based on the autopsy report:
One of bullets was in the top of his head. Michael Brown clearly was not a threat to the policeman. Appears to be an act of willful killing.

Those are serious accusations from Dyson, but Roland Martin chimed in to remind the Georgetown professor of a couple of details:
@MichaelEDyson that is not the conclusion Baden made. He said his head could have been down or he could have been charging cop

@MichaelEDyson Baden says way too little information to render any conclusions. He also didn't have access to clothes of #MikeBrown

After saying it was “clearly a brutal execution,” Dyson admitted what happened that day isn’t yet fully known:
@rolandsmartin Hopefully the autopsy by DOJ will offer us a more complete picture of what happened the night an unarmed youth lost his life.

Dr. Dyson can take comfort in the fact that the investigation is now being overseen by the man he once referred to as “the Moses of our time.”
