Brad Thor has an unsettling reminder about the Gitmo recidivism rate

Thor was citing a report from the Director of National Intelligence released last September. If those suspected of reengaging after release from Gitmo are included in the equation, the recidivism rate is 29 percent, The Weekly Standard reported.
