Earlier today we told you about MSNBC promoting a hot take at their website about the upside to inflation. This was the original tweet, which has been deleted:
That tweet wasn’t even up long enough to earn a retweet from White House chief of staff Ron Klain.
.@MSNBC why did you delete this gem? pic.twitter.com/pRgXSFgWKC

That’s far from the most ridiculously partisan spin we’ve seen from MSNBC, so maybe they have their reasons for the deletion (we’ll get to that in a minute).
deleted, but the List comes for all, @MSNBC.

.@msnbc, why did you delete this tweet? We’re all dying to know why paying more for everything while our wages are worth less is so great for the middle class! pic.twitter.com/5Qh1UcirYN

Gee, wonder why @msnbc deleted this? I thought defending Biden's government stupidity at all costs was their thing? pic.twitter.com/deucmFMYMS

Looks like MSNBC deleted this tweet. The article isn't quite as bad as the tweet, but it's still wrong in that it essentially argues the current spike in inflation is purely the result of strong consumer demand (which is false, consumer spending only grew 0.6% in Sept). pic.twitter.com/YDt4deSG7f

MSNBC replaced the tweet with this effort:
Opinion | James Surowiecki: It’s enough to talk about the inflation we actually do have. You don’t need to over-egg the pudding.
(A previous tweet was deleted because it misrepresented the author’s argument) https://t.co/DFpTc2UI0W

The number of social credit points MSNBC will be awarded by the Biden administration will be reduced due to the deletion.
There is still time to delete this.
