Our favorite part of Stelter’s media defense might have been the suggestion that the “mistakes” are rare and not caused by any kind of bias:

Bingo! Because they’re not simply “honest mistakes,” nor are they “occasional”:

Maybe he’s too busy watching Fox News to pay attention to what happens on his own network.
