Come ON! Ex-FLOTUS says media scrutiny of Obama admin was so intense they couldn't afford to have any scandal (CBS This Morning co-host TOTALLY agrees)

During the 2008 presidential race, Michelle Obama notoriously said “for the first time in my adult life I am proud of my country because it feels like hope is finally making a comeback.” But in a sit-down with CBS This Morning co-host Gayle King, Obama sounds as if her level of pride started slipping again at Trump’s inauguration and is still going. Obama then repeated a recent claim by her husband that there was “no scandal” in his administration, adding something even more laughable about how much scrutiny they faced:

First of all, “no scandal”?

“No scandal” — if you don’t count Fast & Furious, Benghazi, IRS targeting conservative groups, knowing millions would lose health plans but lying about it anyway, and so much more.

Unreal, isn’t it?

Michelle Obama’s claim of being scrutinized is even richer considering her relationship to the CBS News personality who was interviewing her:

But anyway, back to how hard the Obamas had it because of all the media scrutiny.
