'WINNING'! Trump admin pulls almost $1 billion in high speed rail money from California (and Gavin Newsom is TRIGGERED)

The Trump administration has obviously seen enough taxpayer money get flushed away on California’s super-expensive train to nowhere, and they’re putting a stop to it:
