Earlier this week, Rep. Eric Swalwell expressed his displeasure with Attorney General William Barr’s Mueller report summary this way:
If you paid for a book, but the cashier only handed you a summary of the story instead, wouldn't you demand to get the full book?

Dan Bongino gave Swalwell another way to look at all this with the question that Congress should be asking:
